HELLO & WELCOME TO PINON KITCHEN!
My name is Caitlin Loncarich and I am the founder of Pinon Kitchen. I have a great love of all things outdoors, gardening traveling and Western Colorado living!
I live on the beautiful Western Slope of Colorado near the town of De BeQue with my husband Mike and our two dogs, Indy & Anna. Some may say they are spoiled, we think they are just living their best lives!
PINON KITCHEN’S founder Caitlin Loncarich graduated from Western Colorado Community College Culinary Arts program in 2009. Immediately following graduation, she went to Alaska and managed hunting and fishing lodges for over a decade.
After years of managing a successful family business based in Colorado and baking on the side, the timing was finally right to launch and focus on Pinon Kitchen Co. in De Beque, Colorado.
Though Kate loves all aspects of her culinary arts training, she is obsessed with perfecting her baking craft. She is looking forward to her upcoming classes on the art of sourdough bread, baking and other requests from the community.
